A.COTTON YARN

In order to produce high quality yarn, we acquire high quality cotton. Our selection of raw materials in based on its quality, rather than price. This is because we believe the quality can’t be compromised. Selection of right and adequate raw material is the key to our success in maintaining a superior postion among the yarn manufacturers. At the start of every cotton-picking season, our dedicated and skilled personnel are sent out to the cotton fields to selet the best cotton amongst all. Enough stock of cotton is made available in the mills for the whole year coming ahead.

B.ACRYLIC YARN

Acrylic is a synthetic fiber, it is lightweight, soft, and warm, with a wool-like feel. It dyes very well and has excellet colorfastness. Acrylic has recently been used in clothing as a less expensive alternative to cashmere, due to the similar feeling of the materials.

Applications:
Apparel: Dresses, infant wear, knitted garments,lingerie, linings, shirts, slacks, sportswear
Fabrics: Fleece and pile fabrics, face fabrics in bonded fabrics, simulated furs, jerseys.
Home Furnishings: Blankets, carpets, draperies, upholstery
Other: industrial and geotextile fabrics

Characteristics: Soft and warm, Wool-like, Retains shape, Resilient, Quick-drying, Resistant to moths, sunlight, oil and chemicals. Dyes well and has excellent color fastness, Tendency to pill.

From Ne 30 to Ne 60 in Acrylic/cotton blends

C.FLAX YARN

Flax fiber is extracted from the bast or skin of the stem of the flax plant. Flax fiber is soft, lustrous and flexible; bundles of fiber have the appearance of blonde hair, hence the description “flaxen”. Flax is grown in many parts of the world., but top quality flax is primarily grown in Ireland, Italy and Belgium.

Applications:
Apparel: suits, dresses, skirts, shirts, etc.
Fabrics: The best grades are used for linen fabrics such as damasks, lace and sheeting
Home Furnishings: Linen uses range from bed and bath fabrics (tablecloths, dish towels, bed sheets, etc.), home and commercial furnishing items (wallpaper/wall coverings, upholstery, window treatments, etc.),
Other: industrial products (luggage, canvases, sewing thread, etc

Cotton/flax blend crate yarns which will improve the feel of denim during hot and humid weather. Characteristics: Highly absorbent and a good conductor of heat. Linen fabric feel cool to the touch. Linen fabrics have a high natural luster; their natural color ranges between shades of stiff fabric and is less likely to cling to the skin; I t is a very durable, strong fabric, and one of the few that are stronger wet than dry. It is resistant to moths and carpet beetles. It resists dirt and stains. Has no lint or pilling tendency. A characteristic often associated with contemporary linen yarn is the presence of “slubs”, or small knots which occur randomly along its length.

D. NYLON YARN

Nylon is a strong, light-synthetic fiber. Nylon thread is made from polymerization of an amine and an acid chloride. Nylon is popular for hosiery and is used to make track pants, swimwear, wind breakers, bed spreads and draperies.

Applications:
Carpet fiber, Apparel, Bed linen, Airbags, Tires, Ropes

Characteristics:
Nylon had the ability to be very lustrous semi-lustrous or dull.
Durability: its high tenacity fibers are sued for seatbelts, tire cords, ballistic cloth and other uses.

Highly resilient (nylon fabrics are heat-set)

E.ORGANIC COTTON YARN

Organic cotton yarns are produced with a fiber naturally sown and
grown in fields that haven’t been chemically treated for almost
three years. Organic yarns allow producing manufactured goods
meeting the request of ecologically involved consumer. The production
is scrutinized from the cotton field to the spinning mill and finally
certified by Control Union. We are certified with Control
Union bearing certification# CU 807868.

Applications:
Bed lined, Intimate Apparel, Baby wear, High grade woven
fabrics for shirts & blouses.

Characteristics:
Comfort, performance and naturalness. Extra resistance to rubbing
and pilling. Better definition and brightness of colors. Soft, silky touch. Longer lasting and pleasant to wear. Ideal for “non-iron”fabrics.
